Vendor Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registered vendors (photographers, videographers, cinematographers) agree to the following terms upon joining DroDro: a. Vendor Cancellations ● Vendors must notify users of cancellations at least 72 hours in advance. ● Failure to show up or canceling within 24 hours may lead to: ● Refund obligation, ● Penalty deduction from future earnings, ● Temporary account suspension. b. Refund Disputes Vendors may contest a refund request by providing: ● Proof of attendance (GPS check-ins, time-stamped images), ● Raw deliverables or evidence of service delivery, ● Communication logs with the client. All disputes are reviewed impartially by our quality team. c. Unfair Vendor Practices Vendors engaging in the following will be subject to permanent delisting: ● Overpromising and underdelivering, ● Ghosting clients post-shoot, ● Delivering plagiarized or unedited content, ● Accepting off-platform payments to bypass refund policies. While we verify and onboard professional vendors with care, we are not liable for: ● Direct losses, damages, or missed milestones unless explicitly caused by platform negligence. ● Content quality, unless it grossly violates agreed terms. ● Delays or non-performance due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, internet failures, strikes). Customer Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 27-Feb-2025

Applies to all photography, videography, and cinematography service bookings made through DroDro 1. Service Cancellation & Refunds a. User-Initiated Cancellations ● Before 72 Hours of Scheduled Service: Full refund, excluding any non-refundable platform fees. ● Between 72 and 24 Hours of Scheduled Service: 80% refund of the service fee. Platform fee remains non-refundable. ● Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Service: No refund unless deemed valid under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), at the sole discretion of DroDro. b. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations If the photographer, videographer, or cinematographer cancels the booking: ● A 100% refund will be processed. ● Users may alternatively choose to rebook with another professional at no extra charge. 2. Non-Refundable Charges ● The ₹10 one-time platform registration fee is strictly non-refundable. ● Any advance consultation charges, location recce fees, or pre-shoot expenses (if already incurred) are non-refundable. ● Charges for any customized or physical deliverables (e.g., printed albums, hard drives, edited footage) once production has started are also non-refundable. 3. Unnecessary Refund Protection Clause To protect genuine professionals and ensure fairness across the platform, DroDro reserves the right to deny refund requests deemed abusive, manipulative, or unnecessary, including but not limited to: ● Refund claims for services that were completed and delivered as agreed. ● Requests citing subjective dissatisfaction without valid evidence (e.g., claiming poor quality with no sample or feedback provided). ● Multiple refund claims from a single user within a short time frame, particularly for similar services or vendors. ● Cases where raw footage, edited files, or albums were already shared digitally or physically. ● Attempts to bypass vendor payment obligations through refund loopholes. Any such behavior may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban from the platform. 4. Refund Processing Timeline Once a refund is approved, processing will be completed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Any processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways may not be refundable. 5.
